I have over 10 years’ experience in Further Education, working across various departments with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the significant role FE plays in preparing young people for the workforce.
As Head of Employer Partnerships, I work closely with local and regional employers to help young people develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen industries, ensuring they have valuable, aspirational experiences. Our goal is to continue enhancing students' skills by fostering deeper engagement with industry.
