  • Entry Criteria

    4 GCSEs (A*-C/9-4), including English and maths, and successful completion of the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery or equivalent.

  • What will I study?

    You will have the opportunity to design your own signature dishes, and perfect your cooking skills in the kitchen including:
    • Preparing poultry, game, fish, shellfish, meat and vegetables
    • Preparing sauces, purees and side dishes
    • Kitchen and larder practice and theory
    • Sustainability

  • Future Prospects

    Progress to a Foundation degree or Honours degree, or start work straight away as a senior commis chef in a hotel, restaurant or contract catering kitchen.
