    Entry 3 or some GCSEs at grade 2 plus the ability to achieve Level 1 in English and maths

  • What will I study?

    This course is designed to help you gain the basic knowledge and skills to begin a career in the Brickwork trade. You will learn basic bricklaying practical skills at a pace that suits you. You will spend approximately 50% of your time in the workshop building brick and block walls to a variety of designs which will help build the necessary skills to complete the synoptic tests towards the end of the course. You will also learn the theory behind brickwork and the construction industry in general.
