- Entry Criteria
There are no formal entry requirements for this Level 1 course. However, you should be working at a level that enables you to successfully access and achieve the qualification. This may be demonstrated through English and/or maths qualifications, industry experience, or prior achievement at a similar or higher level.
Applicants without formal qualifications will be invited to attend an assessment session to ensure they are working at an appropriate level. Where additional development is needed, our team will support learners to access suitable English and/or maths provision to build the core skills required for future progression onto a Level 1 qualification.

Completing the NCFE CACHE Level 1 Award in Caring for Children opens the door to exciting opportunities in the childcare and early years sector and is an excellent foundation for further study and entry-level roles.
