Supporting our full-time students
We’ll give you everything you need to get started on your course and we promise we won’t surprise you with any hidden costs. Should you need and qualify for financial support, we have bursaries and a Learner Support Fund available to help you. Please ask about this when applying.
We can use this money to help you in a number of ways including travel, childcare and other costs. There are also lunches provided for students who received free school meals.

Supporting our Higher Education students
Most HE students are eligible for a loan to cover the costs of their tuition fees. Your fees won’t be charged to you upfront and you’ll only start to repay this – in manageable monthly amounts at low interest rates – once you’re working and are earning over £25,725 a year. More information about HE loans can be found on Student Finance England. Should you enter financial hardship during your course our Student Support team will be on hand to help, reviewing each case and personal circumstances on an individual basis.
Advanced Learning Loans
If you are aged 19 or older and thinking of returning to education to study at Level 3 or above, you can apply for an Advanced Learning Loan to help with the cost of your college course. More information about the loans, your eligibility and how to apply can be found on Student Finance England, Advanced learning loans and The Student Room, Advanced learning loans.
