SafeGuard donates bullet-proof vest to Barnfield College

Under SafeGuard’s initiative to support and educate the general public on safety and protecting the lives of law enforcement and military operatives, the company has recently made another donation to Barnfield College.

The international tactical body armour and safety equipment distributor has committed to forming partnerships with local and regional colleges to support them in improving their Public Services courses. Their donation of one of their industry-leading bullet proof vest will be used to educate students on the working mechanics behind the design and structure of protective materials of the latest generation.

“We are delighted to be working with Barnfield College and the donation of body armour intends to facilitate the education of future Public Service recruits” says SafeGuard Clothing Communications Manager, Thomas Bowman. Known for its strong commitment to industry standards and innovative development, the company is taking the next step in its effort to promote security by assisting local colleges in development of courses to the students’ best interests.
