Learn how to prepare the cabin for boarding, deal with passengers with special requirements, carry out a professional in-flight service, make effective passenger announcements and complete the necessary documentation required for a flight Airport check-in - understand the different roles that staff have to undertake when checking-in passengers. Learn the safety and security checks necessary to board a plane and how to deal with customer enquires in a professional manor, along with the aircraft dispatch process & supporting flight operations.
