Barnfield College is delighted to hold our Higher Education graduation ceremony on Friday 28 January 2022 at Watford Colosseum from 1pm. This ceremony is for those who completed their studies at Barnfield College in summer 2020 and 2021.
All eligible students have been sent an invitation via email to register their place, order their cap and gown and book their guest tickets. If you have not received an email invitation and believe you should have been invited to this graduation ceremony, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing please include your student number, full name and course title.
How do I book my guest tickets?
All attending graduates are guaranteed two guest tickets as standard, graduates have been emailed the a link to book their tickets via our gowning partner ‘Graduation Attire’.
How do I request additional guest tickets?
If you would like to request additional guest tickets, you will be able to do so during the gown booking process. Once all the initial guest tickets have been allocated, additional tickets will be assigned to those on the waiting list. You will be notified of any additional guest tickets allocated to you after the booking system closes on 14th January 2022.
Entrance to the Ceremony is strictly by ticket only. If we have not received an order from you by Friday 14 January 2022, tickets will be allocated to people on the waiting list.
Are children allowed to attend the ceremonies?
Of course. However, they will need their own guest ticket if they require their own seat.
What do I need to bring on the day to register?
On the day of your ceremony you will need to bring your email confirmation, this can either be electronically on your phone or a printed hard copy. Guest will also be required to show their tickets too.
Can I make a change to my gown booking?
The gowns are supplied by Graduation Attire and you will need to speak to them directly. Graduation Attire can be contacted via their website click here.
What are the latest government guidelines for the event?
Under the government’s ‘Plan B’ measures we’re pleased to confirm that Graduation will be able to go ahead. Graduates will be emailed full details on what to expect closer to the time of the event, if you have any questions then please email email@example.com or call 01923 812 093.
