Building Technology

This course offers a qualification focusing on building technology, covers key technical and related areas and develops skills needed for the construction industry.

This course can enable progression to the final year of a BSc (Hons) at the University of Bedfordshire.

This foundation course will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to work within building technology. A range of teaching and learning methods are adopted, including work-related learning project work, which enables you to gain experiences useful for your employment.

Entry Requirements

80-100 UCAS points. Applications are also welcome from mature entrants with alternative qualifications/experience.

A variety of opportunities exist in the construction industry as, for example, quantity surveyors, architects, design engineers, building surveyors and CAD technicians.
