Barnfield Teacher Trainee Year 2 Study Days

35 Year 2 Cert ED/ PGCE Barnfield Initial Teacher Trainees attended the first of two Study Days at the Polehill Campus on Saturday 14th November.

This was a collaboration day along with 7 other colleges who form the University of Bedfordshire partnership for Post Compulsory Education.

Over 300 staff and Teacher Trainees attended. The focus of the day was to work in subject specialist groups looking at the complexities of Threshold Concepts and to review a lecture on ‘Challenges facing Post-Compulsory Education'.
