Fancy yourself as the next Gordon Ramsey? Not sure if your skills are best in the kitchen or front of house - then this is the course for you. Covering individual cookery, front of house customer service and classroom based theory this course provides an excellent introduction into the world of catering and hospitality.

Day: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Time: Tuesday 9.00am-2.00pm

 Thursday 10.00am-1.00pm

 Friday 9.30am-10.30am, 11.00am-2.00pm

Duration: 260 guided learning hours

Cost: This course is Free for those aged 16-18.
