Why study with us?

Our Industrial standard hospitality and catering department features professional training kitchens with modern industry standard equipment, so you’ll be learning on the same type of facilities used in the workplace. We even have the Barnfield Brassiere and Café B, enabling you to gain valuable experience in a real work environment with real customers. You’ll be guided through your course by highly experienced tutors; dedicated, skilled professionals who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and skills. Through their industry links, you will also benefit from inspiring talks, workshops and visiting guest speakers and external trips. Our previous students include Master Chef Finalist Stephen Barringer.
